Summary
Our full package includes air-conditioned accommodation; all meals while the train is en-route and breakfast every day at Tamworth.
Let your Tamworth 2009 experience begin in Melbourne where comfortable air-conditioned buses take you to meet the Crountry Music Express at Albury. The moment you step aboard the adventure begins.
Travel to Tamworth in air conditioned sleepers, single or twin berth and live on the train for the duration of the festival. The train will carry prominent Country Music Artists to entertain and share your experiences.
Club cars will be available for the service of alcohol, soft drinks and snacks and free on-board entertainment by the artists.
Bars will be open "till Late" on the forward and return journeys and from 4.00pm daily whilst in Tamworth for passengers and their guests.
The package includes all meals en-route, however whilst the train is stationed at West Tamworth, breakfast only will be provided, to allow you the freedom to enjoy the pleasures of the festival.

The Tamworth Country Music Train will depart Albury on Saturday January 17th 2009 stopping at the following stations en –route to Tamworth.
- Wagga Wagga,
- Cootamundra,
- Goulburn,
- Campbelltown,
- Tamworth.
On the return journey your train will depart Tamworth Sunday January 25th 2009 arriving back in Albury on Monday January 26th 2009. Special Chartered Coaches will operate between Melbourne and Albury on both the forward and return trips.
Booking Conditions
DEPOSIT: A non refundable deposit of $500 per person is required to confirm your booking
FINAL TICKETING DATE: All passengers are to be paid in full by 29th October, 2008
REFUNDS: Refunds will be paid as follows for cancellations:
Between 15 October,2008 and 14 November, 2008 .............less 33.33%
Between 15 November,2008 and 14 December, 2008 ........less 66.66%
Between 15 December, 2008 and departure date.................NO REFUND
INSURANCE: NOT included in your package.
CANCELLATION OF TRIP
The Operators reserve the right to cancel the trip no later than 29th October 2008, should the number of bookings be insufficient to operate the venture successfully.
